Before signing on with your design team; we conduct a meeting with you over video or phone to discuss the brief & scope for the project.

Our team’s architectural review services are tailored to the stage you are at with your home build.

For new builds not yet under construction - we offer a thorough review with recommendations for your architect / draftsman. It is your responsibility, in collaboration with them, that the final designs are compliant with local regulations. For existing homes - we provide valuable suggestions for you to review with your architect / draftsman to ensure all local build requirements are met.

Initial ‘Look & Feel’ of spaces indicating design direction. Initial drawings to cement the direction with client.

Once we have confirmed our design direction; we begin to work up design ideas from the Concept into 3D. During this phase, we provide specifications on all finishes and fittings required.

Upon confirmation of designs worked up in Design Development; we then develop the designs for construction for each trade to work off.

We are here as your support during construction, addressing any admin, trade enquiries, changes, ordering and delivery, onsite decisions/amendments, etc to make the process a lot less stressful.

This is the final stage of our full service design process, which includes specification, procurement and installation onsite.
